The prices for U.S. orders are listed on the previous page. Unfortunately, Canadian orders are a little more expensive. Mailing costs are the reason for this difference. In the U.S. I can use "Media" rates to reduce the mailing costs. I can't use this discounted rate when mailing to Canada.
The books are still the same price, but there is a difference in the shipping costs. To simplify the calculation of mailing costs, I have incorporated everything in the prices shown below. The prices shown below is your TOTAL cost (which includes shipping and handling). All payments are made through the secure service of PayPal.
